Courts, rooms and resources
Manage bookable courts, rooms, tables, lanes, halls or other
resources with sport-specific settings, prices and availability.

Opening hours, slots and booking rules
Define when bookings are allowed, how long a booking should be,
how far in advance booking or cancellation closes, and which
rules apply to peak hours or special periods.

Online client-side booking
Guests or members choose from available time slots, book and
receive confirmation. There is no need to coordinate every time
slot by phone, message or spreadsheet.

Group training sessions and registrations
Publish group sessions with capacity limits, waitlist logic,
attendance lists and coach overview. The guest signs up, while
the admin and the coach see the same status.

Passes, sessions and membership logic
Suitable for pass-based or membership-based operations: session
deductions, eligibility, expiration, different products and
services can be connected to bookings or training sessions.

Online payment and invoicing
Online payment and invoicing can be added to the booking or
registration workflow. Available integrations include BARION,
Számlázz.hu and Billingo, so the club can clearly track what has
been paid, what is pending and which booking is active.

Automated notifications and reminders
Confirmations, reminders, cancellation information and important
changes can be sent automatically. Fewer manual messages, fewer
misunderstandings and a better guest experience.

Occupancy and empty-slot tracking
It becomes clear where empty slots remain, which parts of the
day underperform and where targeted communication or offers can
improve occupancy.

Inactive guests and client retention
The system can detect when someone has not booked or attended a
session for a longer period. This provides a basis for automated
reactivation, targeted messages or relevant open-slot offers.
